The Cascade CPS Pipe Stiffener is designed for ease
of installation in HOPE pipe that may be out of round.
|
| INSTALLATION
INSTRUCTIONS |
Both pipe ends being joined require pipe stiffeners. Make
sure the pipe is cut square and clean the
cut area. Insert the plain end of the stiffener into the pipe. For out of round pipe or
toe-in, this may require closing down the diameter of the stiffener to make a start. Push
the stiffener approximately 6
inches into the pipe, then insert the wedge on the stiffener. Using a rubber hammer firmly
strike the
wedge and stiffener into the pipe until the stiffener and wedge is down to the dimpled
end. |
