RUBBER EXPANSION JOINTS. All designs available: Spool-Type, Wide Arch, Spherical. In-stock sizes from 1" ID to 72" ID. Manufacturing capability to 144" ID. Modifications to design include: Multi-Arch and Filled-Arch. Standard Elastomers include: Butyl, Neoprene, Nitrile, Hypalon, Natural, EPDM, Viton and FEP. PROCO also manufactures U-Type expansion joints in Rectangular, Oval and Round configurations with internal or external flanges for Turbine/Condenser or ducting services.

METAL EXPANSION JOINTS. The PROCO manufacturing processes include Hydro-Formed, Mechanical Formed and Welded Bellows. High-Corr or Low-Corr , Non-Controlled or Ring-Controlled. Modifications to design include: Single, Double Internally-Guided, Universal, Hinged, Gimbel and Internal or External Pressure Balanced. Available with flanged, threaded or weld ends. Single or Multi-Ply. Standard in stainless steel but available in almost any metal. In-stock sizes from 1" to 24" with manufacturing capability to 72".

TEFLON EXPANSION JOINTS. Called: Couplings, Expansion Joints or Bellows. Only PROCO offers all sizes from 1" to 12" in PFA Teflon. PTFE Teflon is also available. In-stock sizes from 1" through 12" are available in three lengths. Sizes 14" through 24" are available in two lengths. Designed primarily for chemical services, the inexpensive cost and short face-to-face lengths make this product universal in application.

RUBBER PIPE/VIBRATION DAMPENERS. For Vibration/Noise Reduction or Lateral movement, PROCO pipe is in-stock from 1" ID to 24" ID in lengths from 12" to 48". Standard Elastomers are Neoprene and Butyl, other elastomers are available. Request Brochure: Series 310.

FLEXIBLE METAL HOSE CONNECTORS. Wire braid covered annular corrugated hose of stainless steel or bronze is in-stock in ID sizes to 16". Available with flanged, weld or threaded ends. Special hose assemblies can be fabricated of helical or annular corrugated hose with: No Braid, One-Braid or Two-Braids and a selection of end fittings. Assemblies of packed or non- packed interlocked metal tubing are also available.

RUBBER PIPE FITTINGS. Only PROCO inventories over 50 sizes of concentric and eccentric expansion joint reducers. Tooling is available to manufacture all non-stock sizes. PROCO also offers rubber fittings in: Cross, Y, T, 45 degree Lateral, and 45 degree or 90 degree Elbows. Spherical-Type 90 degree Elbows are in- stock to 12" ID.

FLUE GAS-NON-METALLIC EXPANSION JOINTS. PROCO manufactures a complete line of ducting expansion joints for application between the steam generator and the chimney, including all pollution control equipment such as precipitators, bag houses and scrubbers. Elastomeric types are generally specified for systems operating below 400 degree F and are manufactured of Viton, Butyl, EPDM or other elastomers. Composite types are usually recommended for systems operating above 400 degrees and are specifically designed to the system. Available in flange or belt profiles.
