The Drain Inlet Protection product line is to be used on construction sites as a

Best Management Practice (BMP) for NPDES regulation compliance.

All of the following products are used as a physical barrier on the ground

in front of storm drains to prevent silt, trash, and debris from washing into

the storm drain. Some benefits of these products are:

· Highly visible yellow color draws attention to the storm drain to

encourage proper maintenance on a job site.

· Patented woven seams provide a strong bond that gives the products

superior strength.

· Products are reusable and can be used from job site to job site.

· Strong bags are economical as they need to be replaced less than other

methods of drain inlet protection.

Gravel Bag and Snake Bags should be filled with clean 3/4" crushed or

1/4" pea gravel.

Fill bags 1/2 to 3/4 full. Do not overfill.

Drain Doughnut is tied to the storm drain grate.

With the Flo-Well, water can now be discharged into the subsoil rapidly and easily. Unlike

competitive systems, there is no need for piping systems to transport stormwater to a far-off

discharge point, large heavy equipment, considerable excavation of current landscaped areas,

Installation

Flo-Well should be placed at least 10 feet from a structure or foundation.

Flo-Well should be piped to rain gutters using a 9" or 12" catch basin below each downspout outlet (see diagram above). Proper

drainage can be visually monitored, assuring that leaves and debris have not clogged the downspout.

Allows water to flow to street without core drilling

the curb.

The Pop-Up Drainage Emitter is easy, safe and an

efficient solution.

· It allows water to be diverted and released to water-safe areas away from

structures, erosion-prone landscapes and poor drainage areas.

· It allows water captured by grates, catch basins, channel drains, Flo-Well,

downspouts and roof gutter systems to flow through the drainage pipe

and away from structural foundations to safe or useful areas. For example,

water can be routed from a low area next to a foundation to a water safe area

such as a curbside drainage system.

· It is opened by the hydrostatic pressure of water flowing through the drain pipe.

As flow diminishes the Emitter closes again. The special patented design allows

the Emitter to open with a negligible amount of pressure. Since the Emitter is

closed during dry weather, debris and rodents cannot enter the drain pipes.

· It does not rise high enough to interfere with mowers.

· Spring automatically retracts closes and prevents damage from lawn mowers.

· It blends into the surrounding landscapes.
