FLANGED FOOT VALVES

Application
The Ames Flanged Foot Valve is loaded to the closed position. Incoming flow pushes the shut-off disc to the open position against spring tension. The immediate spring loaded closure when flow stops, reduces water hammer to prevent equipment and pipeline damage.
